Refund Policy

Subscriptions

You may cancel your Sidereal Pro subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. We do not offer partial refunds for unused subscription time.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the service, contact us within 14 days for a full refund of the most recent payment.

One-Time Pack Purchases

We offer a 14-day refund window for one-time pack purchases. If a pack does not function as described, or you are unable to use it due to a technical issue, contact us for a full refund.

Refunds are not available if the pack has been used extensively or if the issue is caused by missing requirements that were disclosed in the pack's preflight check.

Tips

Tips are voluntary contributions to pack authors. Tips are non-refundable.

How to Request a Refund

Contact us at [email protected] with your transaction ID or the email used at checkout. Refunds are processed by Paddle and typically appear within 5–10 business days.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major failure, you are entitled to a replacement or refund regardless of this policy.
